Automotive Biller/Title Clerk

Well-established, high-volume, greater St. Louis area car dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Biller/Title Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, ambitious individual to get into a great dealer group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year in car titling experience and will also have worked in an automotive dealership (accounting office) setting for at least two years. Candidates with similar experience (i.e. licensing office) are also encouraged to apply. This is a position in a busy accounting office, and the candidate must be ok with frequent interruptions and change, as well as work well with our sales, finance, and other accounting staff. The candidate must possess superb attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job duties will include, but not limited to:

-Packaging contracts to be sent to financial institutions

-Creating checks for customer lien payoffs, licensing & sales tax, and other miscellaneous items

-Processing title paperwork for customers that purchase vehicles as well as dealership vehicles

-Submitting the state reports

-Processing title paperwork and other paperwork/funds for high-volume fleet and courtesy deliveries

-Following up with staff or customers to get missing documents

-Maintaining reports and spreadsheets for informational purposes

Candidates will also need to pass a background check and drug screen prior to final offer of employment.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
