Job Title: Sales Consultant - New Vehicles

Reports To: Sales Manager, GSM, COO

Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant for New Vehicles at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a key role in our dealership's success by assisting customers in finding the perfect new vehicle to meet their needs. You will engage with customers, provide information on available new vehicle models, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a positive buying experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers professionally and warmly upon their arrival at the dealership.
  • Build rapport and actively listen to understand customers' vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information on available new vehicle models, features, and options.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
  • Address and overcome customer objections to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain an understanding of current automotive industry trends and product knowledge.

Sales Process:

  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options.
  • Work closely with sales managers to negotiate terms and conditions to meet both customer and dealership expectations.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all customer information and sales activities are recorded in the dealership's customer management system.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their new vehicle purchase.
  • Address any post-sale inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by seeking training and development opportunities, including staying up to date with OEM required trainings and programs.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a high level of ethics and integrity in all sales activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with dealership events and promotions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new vehicle models.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Occasionally travel between Bomnin dealerships as vehicle inventory is shared.
