The Student Services Coordinator - Student Engagement is responsible for delivering meaningful co- and extracurricular student opportunities, supporting student organizations and advisors, providing leadership development for student leaders, delivering programming that enhances student connection to the Richmond Higher Education Institutions (RHEI) Values, and providing student education pertaining to the Code of Student conduct. This role supports the Department of Student Affairs in promoting a culture of well-being, engagement, safety, and belonging for all students of the RHEI.

Education/Experience
- Four year Bachelor Degree Required
- Preferred Education-Master's
- One-two years student programming, student organization, student leadership, or similar (preferred)
- Working with diverse student groups, student program development, organization, and effective communication with multiple audiences (required).
- Student leadership development, student organization advising and management, and/or new student orientation (preferred)
