We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Duties
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and taking messages.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys/support staff by managing schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Assist with client communications, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing customer support.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functional.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Legal/office experience is not necessary, but it is welcomed.
- Fluent in Spanish - speak, read & write.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with word processing software.
- Strong attention to detail in document preparation and filing processes.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
