Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, located in Curwensville, Pa is looking for a dynamic, organized and driven registered nurse to join our growing team as the Director of Clinical Advancement. Ridgeview is a 131-bed facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to the communities served.
Working in collaboration with the facility leadership team, the Director of Clinical Advancement will oversee the facility infection prevention program, quality initiatives, and development of educational programs. Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Experience working with the senior population
- Training on CDC and Department of Health requirements for infection control preferred, but not required
- Prior experience developing education programs and quality benchmarks
- CPR certified
