Qualifications:
1. One full year of full-time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults AND meet one of the following:
a. Be licensed in PA as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage/family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker.
b. Be licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
c. Be licensed in PA as a Social Worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
d. Be licensed in PA as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
3. Proven experience in a leadership role within an IBHS program or related clinical setting.
4. Strong knowledge of treating individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders, mental health practices, behavior analysis, and evidence-based interventions.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Goal:
As a Clinical Director at JT Mummert, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team to deliver high quality behavior consultation, mobile therapy, and behavioral health technician services as delivered by the IBHS department. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in behavior analysis and intellectual disabilities to inform and enhance clinical practices.
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement innovative programs that address the unique needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based interventions to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Supervision and Training:
- Oversee the supervision and training of clinical staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support the growth of team members.
- Review, provide feedback, and approve clinical and treatment documents as submitted by clinical staff.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather feedback and make data driven improvements to enhance service quality.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including administrative and support teams, to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Foster positive relationships with external partners, such as community organizations and healthcare providers.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate and up to date clinical documentation.
- Participate in audits and inspections to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
