What Will You Be Doing?
This position is critical to ensuring that our communities and operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Creating, growing, and sustaining resident satisfaction
- Demonstrate leadership through employee retention
- Understand, apply, and adhere to state regulations
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Lead census development
- Develop sustained financial success
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one
- Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents
- Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living/Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
- Secondary Education is preferred but not required
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
