Position Description :
The Senior Manager of Talent Development will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and strategizing various aspects and initiatives to develop and retain Bond employees while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The incumbent will successfully do this by developing and managing Talent Management programs and initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee BOND's Talent Development programs by setting a strategy and framework for the overall learning and development for the organization.

Talent Development
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive talent development and learning programs to ensure continuous growth and development opportunities for all employees.
- Partner with the HRBPs and business leaders to identify skills gaps, developmental needs, and future capabilities required to support the company's strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of learning by creating accessible, engaging, and impactful training programs that promote both individual and organizational growth.
