1. Business trips / customer visits for service work
Equipment inspection / on-site services from inquiries / maintenance support / production support / remodeling work / machine installation
Upon reque, you will provide the above-mentioned visit services and SV support.
2. Sales activities through Plus One and JoiFUL activities
Contact customers alone / with sales engineer to identify requirements and problems.
This activity also includes travel, such as visiting customers
Provide necessary confirmations and prepare quotations for customer requirements.
Your goal is to receive 50% of new orders for the quotes you generate per month on one or more.
3. Create and arrange procedure manuals
Review and arrange procedures on the Shared server.
Creation of new required procedures with expatriates.
Creating an environment where procedures can be used for.
Preparation of required manuals
4. Respond to service calls
Respond to requested customer service calls and emails.
Obtain information from Office sales / designer / experts and provide answers to customers.
5. Support for other service members
Assist other service members with customer visits and service calls / emails.
Improve your skills through support.
6. Submit a report
Weekly report / customer visit service report / travel expense reimbursement.
Weekly reports report hours worked and ongoing customer support information.
Submit service report and travel expense settlement as soon as possible.
7. Support for parts provision and spindle rebuild.
Assist each member as requested by each manager or when you are available.
