Description :
One of my reputable clients in the Michigan market are looking for a talented and experienced Field Engineer with a background in Heavy Civil and Site Development to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing primarily Heavy Bridge projects from conception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience managing primarily Heavy Bridge such as Concrete Bridges, including design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project success.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
