Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee schedule management, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain quickbooks, acounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Customer phone calls.
- Plumbing and gas Permits
- Schedule inspections.
- Profit and loss each month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
