Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a full-service law firm of 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ is looking to hire several experienced Business Attorneys.
Locations hiring: Syracuse & Rochester, NY
Applicant should have a background in:
- private merger and acquisition transactions, including structuring and negotiating;
- general corporate counseling, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and financing agreements; business formation and governance; and
- experience working with closely-held and family businesses.
Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school;
- License to practice law in New York State;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- A dedication to client service;
- Excellent communication skills and people skills;
- Strong commitment to excellence, teamwork, and personal/professional development;
- Ability to procure, cultivate, and sustain a client base while working for senior partners on multiple exciting projects;
- Working familiarity with Microsoft products; and
- Hardworking with creative problem solving skills.

All inquiries will be kept confidential. The salary range at the Associate level is $110,000 to $150,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
