The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, be mechanically inclined, and possess a keen eye for quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Operate coiling machines to wind materials such as wire, cable, or tubing onto spools or coils.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters according to material specifications and production requirements.
- Monitor the coiling process to ensure proper tension, alignment, and coiling patterns.
- Perform routine maintenance on coiling machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs.
- Inspect finished coils for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
- Record production data, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Coiler Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with coiling machines and their operation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
Preferred:
- Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field.
- Certification in machine operation.
