As a Filter Tech, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
Job Requirements:
- FREQUENT overnight travel- there is a possibility during peak times that you will stay overnight at locations within your region for MANY of the stops in your driving route-details to be discussed during your interview with the hiring manager. Meals and accommodations are paid for by the company at the time of travel with no out of pocket expenses to the Filter Tech.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).
- Must live within the designated region.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Work independently with remote supervision.
- Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following:
- Facility and/or grounds maintenance
- Construction
- HVAC
- Cable installation
- Route driving
- Roofing
