Duties & Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow.
- Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities.
- Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company’s product portfolio.
- Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers.
- This position requires a strong degree of ownership and self-motivation, while also being team oriented.
- The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience.
- The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms.
- Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level.
- Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus
- Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus
- Ability to perform material take offs a plus
- Previous OSHA certification a plus
- Construction/roofing industry a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
- Daily travel in the home market
- Military service is a plus
