This is an onsite position for our Indianapolis office location.
\n- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with Bone Dry Roofing's brand identity and business goals.
- Create compelling and eye-catching designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets.
- Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and assets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
- Manage and organize design files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers when necessary.
- Assist in developing design templates and guidelines for various marketing materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
- 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs
- Knowledge of web design and digital marketing is a plus
