Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.

- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and provide information regarding services offered.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Handle insurance verification processes, including Medicare and other insurance plans.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
