Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient operations.
- Respond to clients' inquiries, acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff.
- Verify payment details and process client accounts with attention to detail.
- Safeguard patient privacy and ensure compliance with all medical protocols and regulations.
- Cross-train in various administrative duties to assist with clinic operations as needed.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Medical Spa Receptionist in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Mandarin/Korean is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
