Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive the organization's human capital initiatives. Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier candidates.
- Manage performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity and Ceridian for efficient data management and reporting.
- Conduct research data collection to inform HR policies and programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, including FMLA regulations.
- Lead program management initiatives to enhance employee development and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop strategic plans for human capital management.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment that promotes employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Paylocity, Ceridian, and Taleo.
- Experience in performance management systems and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in research data collection for decision-making purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives within an organization effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
