As a bilingual HR professional fluent in English and Spanish, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall goals. Your leadership and expertise will shine in this full-time, in-person role based in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Talent Acquisition and Retention:
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Create and execute retention strategies that foster employee engagement and reduce turnover.
• Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry regulations specific to food manufacturing.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• HR Operations:
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational functions.
