What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server and Host position at Bonefish Grill?
We are currently seeking hard working, responsible candidates who thrive in a teamwork based atmosphere. Candidates must be willing to work a minimum three to five shifts a week, and some weekend and holiday shifts will be required. Hosts make ten dollars an hour plus tip share and a split of the to go tips, which generally equates to 15-20 dollars an hour. Servers generally average 20-25 dollars an hour. Both jobs will require 4 to 5 training shifts. For servers, some experience is necessary, but for the host position we can train you.
