Responsibilities
- Maintain standard call volume laid out in Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs)
- Responsible for coordinating with the field service technicians
- Update and coordinate services with customers throughout shift
- Assist in hitting company and department KPIs
- Participate in training and utilize tools and resources to grow and develop as a professional.
- All other duties listed on checklist and as assigned by management
Desired Experience
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products)
Salary : $25 - $27
