11:30 -8:00pm
Saturday-Sunday Work From Home.
Monday, Thursday and Friday in Office

Responsibilities
- Maintain standard call volume laid out in Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs)
- Outbound calling whenever inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
- Assist in hitting company and department KPIs
- Participate in training and utilize tools and resources to grow and develop as a professional.
- Solve customer concerns to the best of ability, involving management when needed
- Advocate for the customer and for Bonfe
Desired Experience
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products)
