What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the excavation installation team, maintaining Bonfe’s high-quality standards.
- Regularly engage your team through one-on-one meetings and structured team meetings (L10), fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Master and champion the use of Service Titan software to optimize workflow and ensure efficiency.
- Actively manage project scheduling, collaborating across sales, dispatch, and service departments.
- Engage hands-on, when necessary, to mentor and train newer installers, developing future industry leaders.
- Build relationships with city inspectors and manage logistical elements such as locates, road closures, and pavement repairs.
- Uphold strict safety standards in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in the Excavation Industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Service Titan software or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
