What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Slice Wrapper Operator position at Bongards' Creameries?

Position Summary:
Bongards is looking for an energetic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our production team as a Night Shift Wrapper Operator.
Job duties:
- Operate the Hart machines used to wrap process cheese slices.
- Produce quality wrapped packages.
- Keep wrapper in operating condition.
- Safe operation of the wrapper.
- Assist maintenance with troubleshooting.
- Assure the proper label is on the cheese packages.
- Assure the proper information is printed on the packages.
- Check all seal edges for quality.
- Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
- Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or designated replacement.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
Additonal requirements:
- Must demonstrate a commitment to both food and employee safety.
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical capabilities:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to lift 5 pounds frequently.
