Restaurant General Manager Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bonham Pizza LLC store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Summary:

• Lead a team of colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales growth
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive correct and complete orders within service time goals
• Prepare and ensure all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products served to customers
• Implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions resulting in increased sales
• Accurately complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
• Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
• Ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly
• Basic math skills
