A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for all computer systems, hardware infrastructure, and software. The Technical Support Specialist will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate technical problems, and determine and implement solutions. You will be responsible for resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems used by the Club, as well as providing technical assistance and support for issues or queries related to computer systems, software, hardware, and audio-visual equipment used throughout the Club's campus.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in an IT field.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of Windows Server 2022 and associated services (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
- Must have a working knowledge of the Office 365 platform.
- Must be able to work autonomously.
- Must have the desire and dedication to provide superior customer service with a patient, friendly demeanor, and great aptitude for listening.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
