About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 10 years of relevant experience to oversee and elevate our accounting and administrative functions. A CPA qualification is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen and a strategic mindset to support our operational growth and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee accounting and administration functions.
- Prepare detailed monthly management accounts.
- Analyze and report on monthly performance metrics.
- Oversee cash flows and manage cash operations effectively.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment opportunities and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Prepare quarterly, monthly, and annual reports for investors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior accounting or financial roles (10 years).
- Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience working with operational teams to drive profitability and sector development.
