Job Responsibilities:
- Handle appointment setting for inbound phone calls
- Follow up with existing customers to generate appointments
- Make outbound calls, return email and voicemails, and other administrative functions.
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls
- Contact customers to confirm appointments
Job Requirements:
- Have excellent phone and listening skills
- Previous customer service or automotive experience a plus
- Team oriented and reliable
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction
