Gettel CDJR is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing service team. If you enjoy talking to people, are organized, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound service calls and schedule customer appointments in a timely, professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers who previously declined recommended service
Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction—phone etiquette is a must
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions
Work closely with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed call and appointment goals
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and following call scripts
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a high-volume environment
Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or dealership service department preferred but not required
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
