You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the shop's appearance, and ensuring that all floral products are fresh and appealing on display.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their needs and preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including workstations and display areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of flowers and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure freshness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new floral designs and promotional displays.
- Participate in community events or workshops to promote the shop and engage with customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for color and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 pounds).

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
