Construction Project Manager

Bonitz, Inc., an employee-owned Company, is looking for a full time Commercial Project Manager for Flooring, Ceilings or Drywall projects. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and will be responsible for conducting their work in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. This individual is someone who wants to join a continuously growing organization and will work as part of a team in a unique and fun environment. Must have ability to work independently with little direction, as well as collaborates with other team members to accomplish short and long-term tasks in a time sensitive manner.

Position Essential Duties:

• Acts as single point of contact and holds responsibility for all aspects of installation projects, from inception to final close-out and invoicing.
• Plans, coordinates and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, as well as performance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manages General Contractor (GC) relationships, attends construction meetings, and coordinates with GC to maintain project schedule.
• Ability to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working.
• Oversee field operations (manpower and installations) to guarantee the work is done per plans, project specifications and completion schedule.
• Prepares and issues Installers work orders.
• Manages the completion of Punch-list and issuance of the warranty and maintenance files to the General Contractor.
• Ensure the appropriate profitability of each project.
• Coordinate multiple installation crews and maintain job schedules.
• Verify quality of installation, work performance, and work order completion.

• Proficient math and analytical skills
• Ability to work with initiative and independence, as well as team environment.
• Associates Degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
