Ready to take your sales experience to the next level? As an Insurance Sales Representative with us, you’ll help clients find the insurance solutions they need—whether that’s auto, home, or life insurance. We’ll support you every step of the way with the training you need to succeed, including helping you get licensed in P&C, Health, and Life insurance. And the ultimate goal? We’ll guide you to a place where you can open your own agency, running your own business and setting your own success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with clients: Just like behind the bar or on the car lot, you'll connect with people, understand their needs, and recommend insurance policies that suit them.
- Closing deals: Use your sales skills to close new policies and meet personal sales goals.
- Providing excellent service: Build long-lasting relationships with your clients to ensure they’re always covered and satisfied.
- Training & Growth: We'll provide the insurance training and help you get licensed, plus ongoing mentorship as you develop your career.
- Building Your Future: Once you're ready, we’ll support you in opening your own agency and becoming a business owner.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bartenders, Car Sales Pros, or other similar sales positions who know how to engage with people and build relationships.
- Sales Experience is a must (but it doesn’t have to be in insurance). We’re looking for that hunger and drive to make a sale and the ability to connect with anyone.
- Motivation and Drive to build a successful career.
- Desire to Learn: You’ll need to get licensed, but don’t worry – we’ll help you every step of the way.
- A team player with a can-do attitude who’s ready to grow!
