The Opportunity
This entrepreneurial role offers the chance to redefine how customers shop. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing will lead the development of a game-changing omni-channel marketplace. As the company’s most senior digital expert, you’ll craft strategies, expand product categories, and grow audiences from the ground up—all with strong support from the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
- Build data-driven targets and align product investments with business impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, merchandise planning, and analytics teams to deliver a top-tier digital experience.
- Optimize marketing programs using customer data (e.g., lifetime value, acquisition costs).
- Manage paid media strategy (search, social, affiliate marketing) and implement innovative content strategies.
- Forecast and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Nurture and grow a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in digital marketing and ecommerce (paid media, CRM, data analytics).
- Proven strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Leadership experience, with a hands-on, adaptable approach to team management.
- Technical expertise in CRM, Google Analytics, heat mapping, and paid social.
- Retail or wholesale experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Must be based in Dallas, TX, and work on-site.
