What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agriculture Sales Specialist position at Bonnell Grain Handling, INC?
Our company is seeking a motivated individual with a background in the agriculture or construction industry for Sales Representative position. The purpose of this position is generate quality sales leads, maintain relationships with active customers, assist in the estimating process, and coordinate marketing. Experience is a plus but training is provided. Pay is negotiable based on experience and compensation will be adjusted once the individual is adapted to the job and has taken over full duties. Requirements are as follows but not limited to:
- Sales Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Experience in Agriculture industry
- Experience in construction a plus
- Organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently via verbal and written instruction a must
- Working knowledge of Auto Cad and/or Solidworks a plus
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
- The Sales Representatives responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with current and prospective clients in regards to project goals and future planning in order to generate and maintain sales goals
- Implementing and executing marketing strategies specific to company goals
- Communicating effectively with clients and staff to achieve seamless project execution and optimum efficiency
- Driving consistency and efficiency for optimal customer satisfaction and profitability
- Estimation and design assistance in a variety of projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
