Bonneville Builders has been in business since 1998 as a general contractor focused on the Salt Lake City and St. George markets. During that time, we have specialized in hospitality, multi-unit, industrial, office, retail, healthcare, and tenant improvements. We’ve been recognized as one of Utah’s fastest-growing companies three years in a row with an average growth of 30%, and we’re on track for at least 25% growth in 2025.
Because of this growth, we’re looking to add a new Project Manager to help drive and direct future projects. Our Project Managers oversee and manage all phases of the construction projects with an average size of $30M, including the project team, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. They ultimately ensure that specifications are followed and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget.
What you’ll do:
- Project Management and Leadership:
- Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
- Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze project financial reports.
What you need to succeed:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5 years of experience on commercial projects
- People and Project Management:
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Ability to read and comprehend complex documents
- Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and cost control
- Knowledge of LEED principles
- Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, CAD software and ProCore
