We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the face of our resort, ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality from check-in to check-out.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
• Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and handle payment transactions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure guest accounts are up to date
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests
• Stay knowledgeable about resort amenities, local attractions, and promotions
• Uphold resort policies and ensure a smooth front desk operation

Requirements:

• Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems (training provided)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed
