Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of accounts payable and vendor management, with international experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely completion of vendor payments, including three-way match for direct purchases, in adherence to company policy and ensuring compliance with local and international statutory requirements.
• Partnering with procurement on issue resolution.
• Entry for freight invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience; associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Manufacturing and international experience needed.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• VAT tax experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
