The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal departments. The Customer Service Representative will excel by maintaining strong organizational skills, demonstrating excellent communication abilities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic and customer-facing role located in Rochester, NH.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for :
- Enter and modify customer orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication.
- Answer incoming calls, monitor the Customer Service Email Inbox, and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide customers with shipment updates and tracking information.
- Offer standard pricing, quoting, product availability, and scheduling information within established guidelines.
- Monitor orders and proactively inform customers of potential delays.
- Ensure appropriate commissions are applied based on knowledge of products, sales territories, and customer history.
- Collaborate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Shipping to meet customer needs.
- Validate product configurations and check pricing accuracy.
- Process manual billings or credits as necessary.
- Prepare and provide customs documentation for export orders, including commercial invoices.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned and work effectively as part of a team.
