Compensation : $17 - $17.50 per hour
A St. Louis based organization in the dynamic tech space is hiring for an Customer Service Representative to add to their expanding team of go-getters. This company has a fun and engaging work environment and a culture of growth, development and promotion from within.
Hours for 1st shift : 7am-2pm Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
Hours for 2nd shift : 2pm-12am Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
Hours for 3rd shift : 12am-10am Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
100% In office
Customer Service Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and resolve problems that arise
- Coordinate maintenance visits with clients and complete all follow up documentation
- Monitor critical alarms and dispatch emergency technicians as needed
- Additional duties as requested by manager
