The Education Coordinator job in Augusta, Maine is responsible for providing the day to day support for internal and external customers, greeting customers, answering FASFA questions, and education program questions. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to accurately triage customer inquiries, to determine education needs, as well as providing information regarding financial support. This is a full time, 1st shift opportunity.
Education Coordinator Qualifications :
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Higher education preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate well with others written and verbally
Strong computer literacy
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of continuing education options in the state of Maine
Required Skills :
Experience regarding FASFA and student loan programs
Strong Customer Service and Office Experience
Education Coordinator Details :
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Pay Rate : $19.80 / hr
Start Date : ASAP
