What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Community Association Manager position at Bono & Associates?
Bono & Associates manages HOA's and Condominiums. This position will be working with a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in the management of selected communities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, skilled in Microsoft applications. Experience in working or living in an HOA or Condominium association is a plus. This candidate must be able to deal with upset homeowners who receive violation letters for non-compliance with the association rules. This candidate will also work with homeowners that plan to make additions or changes to their homes or property. These changes must comply with the associations documents and guidelines .
Job Duties Below:
- Issue and close violations using Vantaca, our online software tool.
- Communicate with homeowners on violations and architectural change requests.
- Submit, monitor and complete applications for exterior changes or improvements to to home and/or property.
- Meet as needed with committee and board members
- Provide new owner information packets and policies
- Work online dashboard to ensure that all emails and tasks are completed daily
- Work closely with Community Manager in support of assigned communities

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
