The Role:
The Membership Coordinator will ensure the membership base is maintained and grows and that clients are happy with our services!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Membership Management & Renewals – Renew expiring/expired memberships, ensure monthly plans have a valid credit card on file, and update payment/renewal dates as needed.
- Scheduling & Client Follow-Ups – Schedule membership visits, contact clients from the prior day’s sales to book their next maintenance visit and reach out to clients with expiring memberships.
- Sales & Reporting Accuracy – Run and review the “Membership Sold By” report multiple times daily, verify details (business unit, cost, tags, etc.), and correct inconsistencies.
- Billing & Payment Follow-Ups – Identify and address failed payments by calling and texting clients, suspending memberships if necessary, and reactivating them once payment is resolved.
- Daily Membership Processing – Create and manage daily membership batches, ensuring all new sales from the prior day and current day are properly processed.
