Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Maintenance Person to join our team. Job responsibilities may include assisting technicians with pool openings, closings, cleanings, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance on swimming pools and equipment to assure safe and sanitary conditions.
Responsibilities
- The ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist Service or Maintenance Technicians with daily job responsibilities.
- Tasks may include pool openings, closings, pool/spa maintenance, and repairs.
- Must have transportation to and from work ensuring you are on time each day.
- Respect property of all clients.
- Properly dressed for all weather.
- Prepared to work long days with flexible evenings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role.
- You have the ability to lift more then 50 pounds.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- The ability to work in all types of weather including cold, rainy, and hot.
