As an Intake Specialist you will be the first initial contact with clients who are starting their case process with us. A heart to help our community sets us aside from the rest and we are here to help people in need.
Some job duties include:
- Taking Intake calls.
- Gathering client information.
- Verifying insurance policies.
- Sending and receiving contracts.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Customer service is top priority, excellent phone skills is a must.
- Positive team work ethic.
- Bilingual is a plus.
