Executive Chef Opportunity of a Lifetime at Bookbinder's Seafood & Steakhouse

Come lead our heart-of-house at Richmond’s premier fine dining restaurant. We are a thriving, family-

owned and operated downtown steakhouse known for exceptional food, service and ambience. We

are seeking a supremely experienced and skilled Executive Chef to mastermind sustained excellence

and success into the future.

Expertise in operating the broiler in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Creativity to enhance and evolve our menu while continuing excellence

Working EC who blows away customers with exceptional cuisine

3 consecutive years EC experience in the same fine-dining establishment

Culinary degree

Positive attitude, strong leadership skills and ability to work well with others

Professional leading by example - working the line during peak service periods

Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus

First-class manager of all BOH responsibilities

Passion for cooking, food, customers and our restaurant family
