Call Center Manager (On-site in Las Vegas):
- Must have experience in call center facilities (or similar industry)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have experience dealing with customers and trouble-shooting issues
- Must have experience helping to manage or supervise others in a call center
- Proficiency with autodial systems such as Five9, or Vici is highly desirable
- Salary likely between $70-$80k benefits, and PTO
