Our client is a growing professional services company. They have a few lines of business including a sales call center, and they’re looking to hire a new Corporate Training Manager based in Las Vegas. This person must have experience working as a Trainer in a similar, client facing environment.
**Must live in Vegas now - and must be on site 5x a week**
Corporate Training Manager (On-site - Las Vegas):
- Must have experience as a training manager in a similar environment
- Must have experience developing and creating training content from the ground up
- Must be extremely hands-on at all levels
- Will generate, refine, and update training presentations, resource material, training manuals, reports, etc.
- Must be an outside the box thinker who can find creative and thoughtful ways to reach employees, depending on their preferred learning methods
- Salary likely between $90-$110K on the base bonus potential, benefits, and PTO
