Our client is a quickly growing financial services company. They're looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (this is an on-site/internal recruiting position). Here's a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom.
This is a role for experienced Recruiters only -- You must be local and be willing to be on-site.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Scottsdale - On Site):
· Must have excellent communication and time management skills
· Must have experience with all facets of full-cycle recruiting
· Must have experience interfacing with/managing an ATS/CRM
· This is a new role, and a stand alone position
· Will have a high level of impact day one!!
· Salary is likely $80k-$90k on the base bonus, benefits and PTO
This position will be a key member of the team day 1, and will be working with the executive leadership to implement the vision/strategy of the company. This is a fun and fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to make an immediate impact.
