What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Learn and apply QA best practices to test new software features and updates.
- Execute manual and automated tests to check system functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring they are reported clearly.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that fixes and new updates don’t break existing functionality.
- Work with developers and business teams to troubleshoot issues and validate solutions.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Identify potential process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs before deployment.
- Help maintain QA documentation, including test cases, system changes, and process workflows.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand system requirements.
- Translate technical issues into clear, easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders.
- Assist with end-user training and onboarding for new system features.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support better product and process decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
- Analytical mindset—you like solving problems and improving processes.
- Interest in technology, business analysis, or software development.
- Basic knowledge of QA principles, testing tools, or defect tracking systems (nice to have but not required).
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and how systems work (training will be provided).

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or basic scripting languages is a plus but not required.
